Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy:
A credit card is required as guarantee. Visa and Master Card

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be completed 8 days prior to arrival in order to avoid penalties of 50% of first night stay.

No-Show Policy:
If No-show occurs, a one night penalty will be charged in low season only.

Extra person Policy:
Extra person is subject to extra charge. See rate at check-in.

Minors Policy:
11 year-old children are considered minors; 12-year old children and older are considered adults. 2 minors under 11 can stay with 2 adults in the same room.

Pet Policy:
Sorry, No pets allowed

Oversale Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
